Duke had to defend against a penalty kick early in the first half which the Bobcats were able to convert into a one goal lead. Later in the same half Duke was presented with another pen- alty kick. This time around Duke was able to parry away the strong shot on goal and then he made it difficult for Bloomfield to capitalize on the ricochet with sound goalkeeping. The save kept the Tigers in the game at the moment. They would go on to lose 1-0.
