A CONNECTED COMMUNITY IS A SUCCESSFUL COMMUNITY Since March of 2020 Kit Carson Internet has installed over 170 FREE hookups for students throughout our service area. Recently the NM Public Regulation Commission voted in our favor 5-0, allowing Kit Carson Electric Cooperative and Kit Carson Internet to compete for funding that will help connect even more students and teachers in our service area. We want to thank our community for supporting us by writing letters and making calls to the PRC. Special thanks to the Taos, Questa, Peñasco, Mesa Vista school districts, Eagle Nest Elementary, Moreno Valey High as well as Taos & Picuris Pueblos.
