Vera Neel is a graphic artist, feltmaker, and painter who works primarily in oil (palette knife). Originally from Russia, she moved to the USA in 2005. She illustrates her internal creative impulse through painting. Her newest passion is nuno-felting which is a unique outlet of her expression of Russian tradition, that gives life to a vision incorporated into a wearable art.
