The Town of Taos, in conjunction with Holy Cross Hospital, the NM Dept. of Health and our local clinics and physicians are conducting a survey to determine how many residents have received the annual flu immunization shot, anticipate getting it, or if there are informational, financial or logistical barriers to residents being able to get vaccinated. The information collected by this survey will help us be better prepared for this critical flu season by knowing how many people are getting vaccinated, how much vaccine is needed, and how best to reach people with the vaccine. This test run will help us be fully prepared as a community if and when a safe and effective COVID-19 vaccine is available for the public. Your input is critical to making Taos a safer, healthier community. Please take a minute to take the survey at taosgov.com/vaccinationinformation If you have any questions about the flu vaccine or how and where to get a flu shot for you or your family, please check our website at taosgov.com or contact us at (575) 751-2019.
