Box 1850 Taos, New Mexico 87571-1850 Dear Taos Day School Community, We hope that this letter finds you well and staying healthy. We are excited to welcome you back to the 2021-22 sehool year. The Taos Day School will reopen with a traditional school model that will include social distancing and guidelines that are aligned to the national Center of Disease Control school guidelines in the classroom. There will be new programming in the area of reading and mathematics at all grade levels, as well as opportunities for project based learning. Taos Day School will offer enhanced opportunities in both virtual and on-site learning. We will also be offering wellness activities at the start of each day, such as, yoga and tackwondo There will be an emphasis on social emotional learning for student and staff, as well as inereased wellness programming as we embark on a new journey after an unprecedented year of virtual learning.
