Our Health Promotion staff serves all communities in the Northeast Region, which consists of ten counties (Colfax, Guadalupe, Harding, Los Alamos, Mora, Rio Arriba, San Miguel, Santa Fe, Taos, and Union), as well as some tribal communities.
