Thamminmi Caring for Our Community County Taos County Update Taos County Adult Detention center is not allowing visitation until further notice. Taos County is continuously taking precautionary measures to protect the safety and health of constituents and employees and to help slow the spread of the coronavirus. Taos County will begin assisting the public by appointment only beginning on Wednesday, April 8, 2020. The appointments will be scheduled between the hours of 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Please allow for a 24-48 hour response time to schedule your appointment. Please call the respective departments at: Taos County will continue to communicate with our constituents as situations arise and we ask for everyone's patience throughout this emergency.
