Holy Cross Hospital A Legaey of Great Care Renowned patron of the arts, Mabel Dodge Luhan, saw that Taos desperately needed a proper hospital. In 1936 she donated a house on La Posta Road that became the first home to Holy Cross Hospital. Thanks to contributions from people like Mabel Dodge Luhan, Holy Cross Hospital has been able to deliver great care to our community for over 81 years.
