We've been in the book trade since 1994, though it feels as though it's been all our lives. We are certifiable book nuts -- avid readers and collectors ourselves, since we were children. We are located in Santa Fe, New Mexico, at 157 Paseo de Peralta in the DeVargas Mall; we're open 7 days a week, from 8AM. The San Francisco location was closed when the building was sold.
op.cit. Taos is located at 124A Bent Street, in the old Moby Dickens location. We have been open in Taos for almost 5 years. op.cit Taos opens daily at 10AM.

We have thousands of books.
We specialize in new books, modern first editions, children's books, cookbooks, and mysteries. Recently, we've branched into select remainders. There are great deals out there -- the difference is that by shopping with us, you'll know what's what -- each book is described individually, and any flaws noted. We are passionate about making sure that you know what you'll get, and do our best to describe books accurately and completely.
We pack in bubble and cardboard, usually boxes, occasionally in folding book mailers. International shipments will be wrapped in paper, bubble wrap, cardboard, and if we can, put into a flat-rate mailer to minimize costs. We never just throw books into envelopes.
We DO try to recycle materials when we can, but never if they might put the shipment at risk.
