Palettes is a restaurant designed to capture culinary creations of the Taos Art Colony originating in 1898, while also addressing the palate of taste. Palettes is also designed to stimulate your palate by connecting with touch, smell, taste, hearing and sight with art work from palettes of local artists, which adorn the walls of your temporary refuge from the busy world.
