NOTICE OF AIR QUALITY PERMIT APPLICATION Imerys Perlite, USA In announces its intention to apply to the New Mexico Environment Department, Air Quality Bureau, for technical revision to Air Quality Permit #0071-M3 for its No Agua Perlite Mine and Mill. The expected date of application submittal to the Air Quality Bureau is August 13, 2018, The exact location for the proposed facility known a, No Agua te Mine and Mill, is a latitude 36, 45, 384" N and longitude -105, 57, 25. W. The location of the mine and mill is approximately 75 miles north of Tres Piedras off U.S. Highway 285 in Sections 11, 12, 13, 14, and 23, Range E Township 29N, of Taos county in New Mexico, The technical permit revision incdudes the suhstitution and addition of processing equipment (finishing sceens and conveyors) located inside the mill building. No proposed change in facility emissions is proposed with this technical revision.
