Project Amp is a free and confidential mentorship program that helps students reach their goals in health and wellness, family and friend relationships, and academics. You will be paired with a mentor to discuss things like: I Your goals, interests, and strengths I Welless. stess and coping strategies Risks such as use of alcohol and other drugs Your relationships and supports Project Amp is also a research study, to see if meeting with a mentor helps students like you.
