VIRTUAL PUBLIC HEARING ANNOUNCEMENT The Village of Eagle Nest, in partnership with the New Mexico Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department, State Parks Division, is pursuing funding from the Clean Water State Revolving Fund for the decommissioning, removal and remediation of two retired sewage evaporation lagoons, located approximately 1,300 feet south of U.S. Highway 64. Eagle Nest Sewage Lagoon Decommissioning Project December 16th, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM The design team is hosting a virtual public hearing on Zoom Webinar to gather input from the public and other stakeholders. The hearing may be accessed online or by phone. The purpose of the public hearing is to present the draft engineering report and environmental information document, seek public comment, identify issues of concern, and present the range of Bagle Nest LEagle Nest alternatives considered. 127 THE HEARING WILL BEGIN WITH A BRIEF PRESENTATION AT 6:00 PM, FOLLOWED BY A Q&A SESSION.
