In our effort to make the best ice cream available, Taos Cow Ice Cream Co uses all natural and rBGH free ingredients. We use only the finest fresh cream and milk from the Rasband Dairy in Albuquerque’s South Valley. We use organic egg yolks, pure cane brown sugar, all natural extracts and Madagascar vanilla bourbon. We have been manufacturing and selling our all natural, rBGH free super premium ice cream here in NM since 1993 and it’s all produced at our location in Santa Fe. We use NM pistachios from Eagle Ranch in Alamagordo, pecans form New Mexico Pecan in Las Cruces, and Organic Lavender from the Purple Adobe Lavender Farm in Abiqiui and Los Poblanos in Albuquerque.
